Artwork Specifications

By providing us with the correct artwork we can produce consistently good results every time. Read this information carefully so you will arm yourself with the best information in order for us to print your job and have it back to you in the fastest time possible. Artwork can be supplied via:

• CD / DVD
• USB Drive
• Email (up to 10mb)

File Formats:

• PDF (Preferred Format)
• InDesign
• Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Quark
• Microsoft Publisher
• Microsoft Word

Images All images must be at least 300dpi. Images supplied at a lower resolution will look pixelated and will not display correctly. They must also be saved as CMYK.

Colours

• No RGB – always convert images from RGB to CMYK.
• CMYK – all colours used in your artwork file must be supplied in CMYK format (unless ordering a Spot Colour job).

Bleed All artwork must have at least 2mm bleed outside the trim area.

Fonts Please ensure that all fonts are embedded in the PDF document or make sure you convert fonts to outlines to prevent any issues with fonts.
